Cancel your TUVU subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be canceled in the same store where they were started.

Your subscription is managed by the app store

For your security, TUVU cannot cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription on your behalf. You will need to cancel it while signed in to the store account used to subscribe.

Apple App Store

For subscriptions purchased on an iPhone or iPad.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top of Settings.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select TUVU from your active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel Subscription, then confirm. If there is no cancel button or you see an expiration date, it is already canceled.

Google Play

For subscriptions purchased on an Android device.

Open the Google Play app.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Select TUVU.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the onscreen instructions.

Important things to know

Uninstalling the TUVU app does not cancel your subscription.
Deleting your TUVU account does not automatically cancel store billing.
After canceling, you normally keep access through the end of your current paid period.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests must be submitted separately to Apple or Google.
